My son's been going to the athletics classes for two years. I have attended classes many times, and I was pleased with the way the trainers work with children. The exercises are very diverse; focusing on strength, endurance, reaction rates and attention. Children are developing comprehensively. During the training sessions, discipline is maintained, and the attitude to-wards the children is very respectful.
My son began training last year. We didn't notice his progress straight away, when suddenly strength ap-peared in his hands and he started to learn to do things, which weren't possible to learn earlier, for ex-ample how to climb up a rope, to do pull ups etc. Now my son enjoys going to body intellect training sessions and seeing his progress.
